The main thing which makes OSHO very special is his revolutionary approach, as he could challenge orthodox religious systems and could bring meditation in the life of every common man which helped in raising of human consciousness.
His rebellious nature and his attitude awakened many but as a result, as he criticized almost every idiotic custom, religious belief and his open approach towards sexuality and Human consciousness, many others saw him as the most controversial master of India, still he liberated himself and many others to become God and prove the Mahavakyas of eternal Vedas as True.
He was, is and always will be for those who love him and follow his Path. This is the only reason we say, OSHO - Never Born Never Died.

when we say, Never Born Never Died. It is about the eternal consciousness which is present everywhere in every living and non living thing. Vedas call it Brahman, Sufi's call it Rooh or Allah, In Taoism, it is called as Tao.
One who has attained Samadhi or Enlightenment, He will see there's no death and if there's no death, there's no birth too. That which takes birth has to die one day for sure but that which was never born can never die.
Bhagwat Gita talks about this. The goal of any spiritual practice is this, to experience one's eternal nature, to experience oneness with this entire universe, one with whatever we see around us, to see that immortal within his/her mortal body.

OSHO says after his every discourse, "Sabke Bheetar Baithe, Parmatma ko mera pranaam" which literally means that divine is present within all beings. It may be a Human Being, a huge Elephant or even an Ant, this whole Sky or a small tree or even a leaf.
There's a story OSHO says in his discourses,
One day when (Sikander) Alexander the Great was in India, He met an Indian saint who was sitting near a lake. Sikander was amazed by seeing no sign of fear on that saint's face.

Why aren't you scared? Sikander asked that saint as he was confused.
Why am i supposed to be scared? that saint replied back smiling.
What if i kill you by cutting your head with my sword? as Sikander looked into his fearless eyes.
You can't kill me, because I am not this body, if you are going to kill this body, I will see this body dying just like you will see my this body dying, Saint replied and laughed.
and Alexander the great was speechless.
when one dies enlightened he sees his body dying because he can never die as he becomes one with the eternal. OSHO died enlightened.
His death can not be even called death because with his death, he born into eternity or on the other hand we can call it a total death. Total death is when, one dies so totally and awakened so that he doesn't need to rebirth ever again.
